It is essential to be able to maintain the weight loss (fat reduction) after achieving it. Healthy weight loss varies individually but, on average, ranges between 4 and 6 kg are possible.

How many months shall I book in order to lose 10 kg or more?

If you wish to lose 10 kg or more, we recommend booking 3 months of our Body Balance Coaching.

Can I extend by one month the coaching program?

To ensure the quality of our service, Coach Ben can only work with a limited number of coaching participants over an extended period. Therefore, we suggest booking 3 months directly for a weight loss of 10 kg or more.
